I have a question about sizes or product features. How can I contact you?

I wrote on the form but did not receive a response. Why?

We always try to respond to customer messages as soon as possible. In case you have not received a response within 2 days, please check your "Spam" and "Junk" folder.

What forms of payment do you accept?

You can place an order by paying with PayPal, credit card, bank transfer and, if enabled, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Orders are processed within 5 working days of receipt.

I haven't received my order confirmation email. What can I do?

Order confirmation emails are sent through an automated system. If you have not received any communication about this, we recommend that you check your "Spam" and "Junk Mail" folders. In case you have not received anything, we ask you to contact us so that we can check together the e-mail address you entered when you placed your order.

Can I change my order once I have paid?

If you want to change the color or size of the accessories you bought please write to us right away. If the order has not yet been processed we will be happy to adjust it according to your specifications. In the event that such changes result in a price increase, we will ask you to compensate via PayPal link or wire transfer.

Can I cancel my order once I have paid?

When we receive an order, we take action as soon as possible to process and ship it. If you change your mind after placing an order, contact us immediately. If it is not ready and has not already left, we will hold it and cancel it, then refund you the full amount.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

Once the courier picks up the package from our warehouse, you will receive a communication with the tracking number of your shipment.

I would like to return a product. How can I do that?

How does the refund of returned items take place?

It usually takes a few days for the warehouse to notify us that it has received a return and to confirm the good condition of the goods. We then proceed to refund the value of the returned products via the same channel through which the order was placed, so PayPal, credit card or bank transfer.

 

In case you prefer a different refund method, please contact us to arrange it.

My order arrived wrong. What can I do?

In case you received a wrong order or with items that were not ordered, send us an email attaching photos of the contents of the package you received. Together we will figure out how to proceed.
