Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba is an artist and designer trained at the Severini Art Institute and the Academy of Fine Arts in Ravenna: an artistic path that has influenced his approach to design, where the creative aspect and that of industrial production are continuously intertwined. Fundamental elements of Marcantonio Raimondi Malerba's stylistic language are irony and nature: two protagonists of his imaginative universe populated by fantastic, dreamlike, extravagant and surreal creatures. The relationship between man and nature is one of the most recurring themes in his work, which is particularly accentuated when he works on sculptural works, whether they are large realizations such as the gigantic giraffes of the self-produced collection She's in Love but She Doesn't Know It Yet, or small objects such as the famous Monkey Lamp and Mouse Lamp made for Seletti.
