Monica Ferrigno works as a designer at the Research Center of the European Institute of Design in Milan where she follows several projects ranging from planning to concept design. Later she is in the staff of Gio Style in the sector dedicated to new concepts. Since 2001 he has been working for Fratelli Mariani, a metal fabric manufacturer, on the creation of an Architecture and Design department. She has taught at the Brera Academy and followed several courses at the Milan Polytechnic as an expert in the subject; in 2005 she became Coordinator of the new Transportation Design course at the Domus Academy, where she followed two years. She founded in 2008 with Carlo Dameno the design studio "Ildoppiosegno." In 2012 from an idea of Marco Panichi with the collaboration of Monica Ferrigno was born the pet carrier "CarryMe" within the workshop organized by Ildoppiosegno in collaboration with UnitedPets and Ied Madrid.
