Alessandra Pasetti graduated at I.U.A.V. in 1998. Later, she attended different woskshops focused on communication and design at Fabrica (with Matali Cresset) and at Vitra Design Summer Workshop (with Ed Annink). She has a wide background in different fields, including fashion, industrial production, sports products and furniture. She has been working as a freelance since 1999. In 2004 she started teaching at I.U.A.V. University in Venice, collaborating with Michele De Lucchi, Enzo Berti, MM Design, Setsu Ito. During her career, she has won several awards. Among others, Young&Design, Tipo Italiano2, Beck's Price e Maniago Design.
