Margarini Molteni

Annalisa Margarini was born in Milan in 1970. In 1993 she graduates at the European Institute of Design. During her studies, she works on industrial design projects together with Rodolfo Bonetto. From 1993 to 2004 she works with the architect Alessandro Mendini at the Atelier Mendini where she becomes responsible for the design. She follows projects for Swatch, Venini, Alessi, Swarovski, Artemide, Koziol, Etro, Luxo, Olivari. Giovanna Molteni was born in Lecco in 1972. In 1995 she graduates at Accademia di Belle Arti in Brera, Milan. During her studies, she collaborates with the George Sowden’s studio and, for a shorter time, with Matteo Thun’s studio. Since 1997, she works with the architect Alessandro Mendini at the Atelier Mendini where she follows projects of industrial design, product design, and color consulting for brands like Swatch, Alessi, Bisazza, Byblos, Fish Design, Zero Disegno. Since 2003 Annalisa and Giovanna work together, as freelancers, on design and graphics projects. Some of the companies they work for are: Paul & Shark, Henkel, Alessi, United Pets, Byblos, Agapanthus Gioielli, Grund Textile, Forever Italia.
