United Pets relies on DHL to deliver e-commerce orders, reserving 4-5 business days to complete the shipment. Following the pickup of the order from our warehouse, DHL will send the customer a communication containing all the information and a tracking number so that the order can be tracked.

The return procedure requires that the goods are shipped to our warehouse within 30 days from the date of order delivery, placing inside the package the shipping document received and highlighting the product being returned.
We invite customers to inform us once the shipment has been made by emailing ecommerce@unitedpets.it with the tracking number of the shipment and the courier chosen.

As soon as the goods arrive at the warehouse and their integrity has been verified, we will proceed with the refund to the card or bank account used at the time of the order.
In the event that the customer wishes to return an incorrectly ordered product, an item of the wrong size, or for any reason due to the customer himself and not inherent to the integrity of the item received, the shipping charges to our warehouse will be borne by the customer.
